Return Policy

Because we provide professional consulting services rather than physical goods, this Return Policy explains how we handle cancellations, rescheduling and refund requests for consultations booked through Naturalyrrenew. It applies to all bookings made via our website, by email or by telephone.

1. Cancellations by you

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair while reflecting the time we set aside for each engagement.

  • More than 7 days before the booking: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Between 3 and 7 days before the booking: 50% refund or free rescheduling to a date within 60 days.
  • Less than 3 days before the booking: No refund, however a one-time reschedule within 30 days may be offered at our discretion.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our contact page or by reply to your booking confirmation email.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule any booking once at no charge, provided you give us at least three days’ notice. Subsequent rescheduling requests may attract an administration fee of AUD 60, payable before the new date is confirmed.

3. Cancellations by us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or studio closure, we will offer you a choice of a full refund or rescheduling at the earliest mutually convenient date.

4. Workshops and annual partnerships

Group workshops and annual partnership engagements are subject to bespoke terms set out in your engagement letter, which take precedence over the cancellation timelines above for the purposes of that specific engagement.

5. Unsatisfactory service

We take pride in the consultations we deliver. If you are not satisfied with an engagement, please contact us within 14 days of completion describing your concerns. We will review the matter in good faith and, where appropriate, offer a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up session, or another reasonable remedy.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Return Policy limits the rights granted to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those rights apply, they sit alongside the cancellation and refund arrangements described above.

7. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
