A quiet practice, rooted on the Peninsula

We are a small independent studio offering workplace ergonomics consultations to people who care about how their teams feel at the end of a working day.

Our story

Built around observation, conversation and care

Naturalyrrenew grew out of a simple idea: that workplaces should be shaped around the people who use them, rather than the other way around. We began with a single consultant visiting design studios across the Mornington Peninsula, and have grown slowly into a small team that now serves clients throughout greater Victoria.

We remain deliberately small because the work we do is personal. Every consultation begins with listening, and every recommendation is written in plain language so that the people who will actually use it can understand it without a glossary.

We do not sell furniture, equipment, software or supplements. Our independence is part of why our clients trust the advice they receive from us.

What guides us

Three values we return to in every project

Independence

We give honest advice without product sales, commissions or supplier incentives behind the recommendations.

Careful observation

We spend the time required to truly understand a workspace before we suggest a single adjustment.

Light-touch change

Modest, well-chosen adjustments almost always serve people better than dramatic overhauls.
